FGT Rotor System
Used for ground engagement of 1-2”. The smooth drum creates less of a HP draw when mixing wood material into the top layer of the dirt. Spiral design also makes it so that fewer tools are engaging the wood material at any given time.

DCR Rotor System
Ideal when you need to process material into a fine end product. The depth control rings provide a smaller bite to create a fast cut with less horsepower draw. The DCR is not recommended for sandy and rocky environments or a job where you may engage the ground; this can cause faster wear.

HDT Rotor System
Paddle style rotor is ideal for dealing with stringy or vine like vegetation. Paddles work to prevent the wrapping of material on the rotor and are great for reworking material to get finer particle size.

BULL HOG FOR SKID STEERS OVERVIEW

The Bull Hog for skid steers is offered with HDT (traditional) FGT (drum) or DCR (depth control) rotors. HDT and FGT rotors come standard with double carbide tools and can be equipped with two optional tools for more abrasive or rocky applications, or equipped with knife tools for faster cutting and finer particle sizing. In addition to outstanding performance, the FGT rotor system is built to last in the severe application of mulching. The Fecon DCR brings a superior level of performance and value to mulching, controlling the depth of bite and directing material flow so that energy is reserved for production.
